We soak red and green cherries, golden pineapple, yellow raisins and pecan halves, in Brandy for three days, prior to folding them into an all butter batter. We bake each cake in it’s own wooden form, which we import from France. After baking, we sprinkle the cakes with brandy and glaze them with our special glaze.
