This holiday season, Bennison’s Bakery invites you to unwrap the magic of Christmas with our time-honored delights. From the rich, almond-marzipan filled Weihnachtsstollen, to the whimsical snowman cupcakes topped with donut holes and white-chocolate hats, each treat is crafted with care and tradition. Our gingerbread houses—either fully iced and decorated or available as kits for the family to build—turn any gathering into a celebration. Whether you’re picking up a Buche de Noël roulade, a croquembouche centerpiece, or a box of classic cookies for sharing, we’re here to make your season merry and sweet. Weihnachts Stollen
Sink into tradition with our rich and fragrant Christmas Stollen. At Bennison’s Bakery we hand-craft each loaf using dough filled with rum-soaked raisins, lemon and orange peel, almonds, and a specially curated spice blend imported from Darmstadt, Germany. The dough is rested, folded, scaled, and hand-shaped, then layered with almond marzipan and baked in authentic German molds made in Miedelsbach. Once baked, each loaf is brushed with melted butter, rolled in vanilla sugar (crafted from whole vanilla beans and cane sugar), then dusted with powdered sugar from Völklingen, Germany—before being wrapped with a bow and placed in our bakery shelves. Sold only from November through January 6th.
