A recipe passed on to us years ago, direct from one of Chicago’s premiere Jewish bakeries. Baked in a one pound loaf, lightly spiced with a hint of orange zest. Sprinkled with sliced almonds before baking. You can’t celebrate the upcoming holidays without honey cake!
