Stollen 1-Large


Our all butter, Christmas Stollen, is made using golden and dark raisins, lemon and orange peel and slivered almonds, all soaked in dark rum for a minimum of three days. while shaping we add a small log of marzipan, as well. We bake our stollen in moulds that we brought back from Germany. Once baked it is dipped in melted butter, and covered with confectioner’s sugar.
