A staple in every “Old school”, Chicago retail bakery. Buttermilk pound cake made with fresh buttermilk and butter, flavoured with both orange and lemon zest, and pure vanilla. The chocolate portion is the same batter, blended with Dutched cocoa powder, for superior chocolate flavour. Excellent served with ice cream, or with hazelnut spread. Loaf is approx. 15 inches long, 4 inches wide and 4 inches tall.
